On Headway, the platform will be able to give you an estimate for sessions based on your insurance plan (coming soon). My self-pay rate will be $100 for a 50-60 min. session.

I strive to provide a safe, affirming therapeutic space that is inquisitive, creative, and encourages effective processing and healing over time. I also welcome authenticity and humor! As your therapist, I will also work to provide any applicable psychoeducation that might support your journey and ability to give yourself grace when needed and engage in reflection and accountability when needed.

My professional email account is encrypted via Google Workspace standard operating. No one other than the client and therapist will have access to PHI via HIPAA procedures in the state of Maryland, unless there is reason to be concerned for harm to the individual or others. We take commercially reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data you provide to us from misuse, disclosure or unauthorized access. We only share your Personal Data with trusted third parties who use the same level of care in processing your Personal Data as we do. That being said, we cannot guarantee that your Personal Data will always be secure due to technology or security breaches. Should there be a data breach of which we are aware, we will inform you immediately.
